Just in case you are not aware on the 6 April 2015 the maximum speed limit for LGV C and LGV C+E vehicles when travelling on single and dual carriageways in England and Wales will be increased.
The national speed limit for all Large Goods Vehicles over 7.5 tonnes when travelling on a single carriageway road will increase from 40mph to 50mph.
Also the speed limit for Large Goods Vehicles over 7.5 tonnes when travelling on dual carriageways will increase from 50mph to 60mph.
The maximum speed limit for Large Goods Vehicles over 7.5 tonnes when travelling on motorways will remain at 60mph.
The speed limits in Scotland are staying the same. European speed limiter requirements also remain unchanged and must be set at 56mph or lower.
